caranya sebagai berikut
- Matikan Hand Phone
- Kemudian tekan tombol (T / 3) dan tombol Power/ on off
- jika Anda melihat recovery mode Gunakan "tombol Volume" Untuk mencari pilihan wipe data / factory reset [menghapus data / reset pabrik]
- wipe data/factory reset
- Tekan tombol Home Untuk Lanjutkan Langkah Untuk Konfirmasi Next
- Gunakan "tombol Volume" Sekali lagi Untuk Gulir Bawah 7 kali & Pilih "Ya - delete all user data
- Tekan tombol Home Untuk Melakukan Hard Reset. Setelah 2 Atau 3 Detik Akan Tampil Data wipe Complete
- Semua User Data Akan Dihapus Dan Hand Phone Akan kembali ke pengaturan pabrik seperti baru lagi
- Tekan tombol Home Untuk Reboot Sistem
