Jika tidak berhasil uninstall aja softwarenya , kebetulan  pada waktu mengalami masalah ini saya menggunakan atf box v9.10 kemudian saya uninstall dan selanjutnya install saja atf box v8.90 restart dulu pc nya kemudian lakukan restore box seperti ini
